Downsizing/De-Cluttering

This package is designed to help work through the process of downsizing to smaller housing or to de-clutter your home.  I work with the client in their home or over the phone and together we go through the process of determining what can be kept, what can be sold and what should be donated. The initial consultation will access the downsize project and initiate a plan to get started!

Housing Consulting Package $540.00

This package is designed to help the client plan for their retirement housing.  It includes an in-home session to assess their current housing situation and give the client an overview of senior housing choices and current market information. Six 45-60 minute work sessions are used to determine the best housing choice for the client and implement an action plan. The sessions are typically held once a week. The package also includes e-mail correspondence and one phone check in between sessions  Payment can be made in 2 payments of $279.00.  Cost for initial session only is $175.00. A home appraisal can be added for $200.00

Housing Transition Coach
Base Rate $30/HOUR
Travel time may be required

I offer coaching/companion visits in local independent and assisted living communities.  The objective of these visits is to help the senior client transition into the new housing.  Together we determine what is will take to make the client feel at home and thrive in the community. We work on finding hobbies, using social media to keep in contact with friends and family, bringing a bit of the past into their present living area and finding new things to love about life.  Call to see if I am available in your community.
