I have been thinking a lot lately about purpose and passion in life. My purpose is to help people be happy and enjoy life. My passion is helping people create a home that is their sanctuary. The place where they are safe, at peace and where they can be happy. That is why I offer my coaching services to help people create that space.

When it comes time to sell their home, not all home owners are comfortable handing the home they have loved over to a real estate agent. There are many reasons homeowners wish to sell their home without a salesperson. Some lack confidence in a sales agent. Some can't afford or do not want to pay the high sales commission. Some want to have direct control over pricing, meeting prospective buyers, showing their home, advertising and negotiating the sale. I respect their decision to list and sell on their own.
When you call on the typical realtor for advice, they are hoping to change your mind about selling your home by yourself. They will tell you it's not a good idea. They say they can get you a higher sale price. They tell you they have connections you don't have. These points may all be true, however, if you are set on selling on your own, you have the right to do so.

The investment for the Coach to Sell Program is $895 plus a transaction licensee fee if, Kissinger Realty Group, Inc writes the contract, and a broker commission fee for the buyer's agent when the home sells
(When a property is sold by an agent on the MLS the cooperating broker requires a commission which is typically 2-3%)
This coaching/consulting fee is paid upfront and any commission is paid when the property settles!
Fees can also be paid with a credit card through SquareUP
The typical marketing period in our area is 2-3 months - Extended marketing periods may require additional fees Additional fee will be negotiated when required
