Senior Age in Place Program

This program is designed to help seniors stay in their own home.   We also offer a Home Maintenance Program with a monthly check in ( more frequently if needed) to see if there are any repairs/maintenance needed in the home.  We do the small repairs, ie: light bulbs, leaky faucets, tighten loose screws, door locks, heater filters etc., at a reasonable price. We can also set up smart home features.  For bigger projects we can help you get estimates so you can choose a reliable contractor with a reasonable price. We also consider things that improve wellness and enjoyment of life such as clutter clearing, gardening/houseplants, help with social media, reading, writing (less about real estate; more about life). Our senior clients will have someone to call when they need small home maintenance. This program provides peace of mind to the senior homeowner and their family.

            Check in and maintenance $40.00 Plus materials
     2 Hour Maintenance/Repair Day     $65.00  Plus materials
